Fahaheel Al Watanieh School-(FAS) is an Arabic community school and follows the curricula of the Ministry of Education (MOE). The Schools’ Principals are appointed by the Ministry. The total student strength of the entire school reached 3756 students in 2008/09.

	It is a co-educational school and considered as one of the oldest private Arabic schools in Kuwait
	Fahaheel Al Watanieh School for Girls (Intermediate and Secondary) Founded in 1970/71
	The School registered a phenomenal growth rate and developed into a secondary school in 1991/1992
	Fahaheel Al Watanieh School for Boys (Intermediate and Secondary) established in 1992/1993.

FAS is being operated in rented buildings designed especially for FAS by the owner at that time. Thousands of students have graduated from the schools and it has gained an excellent reputation in the Private Education Department, Ministry of Education. High School graduates from FAS are achieving top ranks and also participating and winning many prizes in the academic and co-curricular contests held by the Ministry of Education.
